About Clothes for Cause
Clothes for Cause is a female social enterprise built on a clear mission: collect gently used goods across Central Florida and put them directly into the hands of entrepreneurs abroad—especially women in business—who need affordable inventory to build a livelihood.
We started with a simple observation. Plenty of organizations accept donations, but most of that clothing gets resold locally at retail-ish prices. Meanwhile, billions of people around the world can’t afford new clothing at all. We decided to close that gap ourselves.
What we stand for
Women in business abroad
We are a female-owned business with a heavy emphasis on women in business abroad. When a woman earns, her whole household and neighborhood feels it.
Waste is a design flaw
Textiles are one of the fastest-growing categories of landfill waste. Every bag we collect is a bag that keeps working instead of decomposing.
Community first
Our drives happen in schools, churches, HOAs and offices around Orlando. Doing good should feel local, easy and a little bit joyful.
